Artificial graphite sheets are high-performance thermal diffusion materials that are ideal for heat management in electronic devices. With a high thermal conductivity of up to 1500 W/mK, they quickly and widely disperse generated heat, effectively suppressing temperature rise within the equipment. They are very thin, with a thickness of 17μm to 40μm, and while lightweight, they exhibit excellent heat dissipation performance. Furthermore, they can be laminated or punched with adhesive sheets or insulating films, allowing for flexible shape processing tailored to equipment design.
